We created the wayfining kit for the 7th edition of the GOMMA illustration festival. The kit elements are designed to be modular, reusable and sustainable. The signs are made by laser cutting and engraving, with PLA details made by 3D printing. The sustainable wood kit not only serves as a practical solution to guide festival attendees, but also testifies to our dedication to environmentally friendly design. By incorporating sustainable materials and thoughtful design principles, we aim to inspire others in the industry to prioritize sustainability in their designs. We also considered the practicality and versatility of the kit. The signage elements are modular and easily customized to fit different areas of the festival site. They can be easily assembled, disassembled and rearranged, allowing flexibility in meeting changing needs and layouts.
